MotoGP Malaysia 2009: Stoner win, Rossi world champion

Casey Stoner continued his good peformance after returning from the break with Malaysian MotoGP champion. But, who became world champion Valentino Rossi remains.

Stoner won the MotoGP last week Australia, kicked the first finish in the Malaysian MotoGP race held in Sepang Circuit, wet, Sunday (25/10/2009).

The second position is occupied by Honda's Dani Pedrosa and he was followed by Rossi. Jorge Lorenzo who was sentenced start from the rear position finish fourth position.






The results of the third finish in Malaysia was enough for Rossi after securing the world title in 2009. Rossi becomes a collection point 286, not overtaken again by the new Lorenzo collecting 245 points with one series left.

For Stoner, Malaysian MotoGP success won him has won two of three series that had he lived after the break due to illness. Last week, Stoner won the Australian series.
